How to use the

VIRTUOSO BOOKING PORTAL

a convenient booking tool for last-minute trips that don't require full-service itinerary design

1. Visit Heidi Burke Travel's custom Virtuoso Booking Portal by clicking the BOOK NOW button below




2. Click on “hotels” in the top navigation bar

3. Enter your desired destination in the search field & select your preferred hotel, then click on “more details and photos” to view rates and availability

4. When you’re ready to book, select the red “book” button next to your preferred room category

If this is your first time booking, you’ll be prompted to create an account and confirm an Agent (search “Heidi Burke” if it doesn’t come up) - otherwise, you can proceed with payment information

Virtuoso Amenities include daily breakfast, a $100 credit, priority for a room upgrade, and early check in/late check out, subject to availability
 
When your booking is complete, you should receive a confirmation email. Heidi Burke Travel will also reach out within 48 hours to confirm your booking receipt. And just like that, you will receive our exclusive amenities, perks, and VIP status!





All new Virtuoso accounts will need to be made from a desktop or laptop computer (not phone)

The Virtuoso Hotel Booking portal is only available for Virtuoso member hotels. If you would like to book another hotel, please reach out to us directly at hburke@smartflyer.com

Additionally, Four Seasons and some other luxury hotels are not available for booking through the Virtuoso Booking Portal. Heidi Burke Travel is a Four Seasons Preferred Partner which means you should always book Four Seasons through us directly
