The fun part! We'll collaborate on your ideal itinerary based on your timeframe, priorities, and budget. Choose from an accommodations-only itinerary,
or a fully-inclusive itinerary

7-10 days prior to your departure, you will receive a final digital itinerary (accessible via the SmartFlyer App) to take with you on your travels

Frequently asked questions
what types of itineraries do you plan?
Accommodations-only itinerary:
We assist with recommending and booking accommodations with all our usual perks & benefits, as well as handling basic airport transfers and flights (if requested, $100 fee per person). All other trip details and services are handled directly between you and the hotel concierge teams, or on your own
Fully-inclusive itinerary:
We put together a complete itinerary inclusive of all hotels, logistics, flights (if requested, $100 fee per person), tours & experiences, activities, etc, in collaboration with one of our local preferred tour operators
Can i book with points?
We are not able to book hotels or touring using credit card points, but if you would like to utilize miles, we suggest you handle booking flights on your own to free up budget for the rest of the trip
We will however, attach any loyalty numbers to your flight tickets or hotel bookings when possible so that you still accrue points
does it cost extra to work with
an agent?
We have cultivated decades long partnerships with hoteliers around the world that translate into your VIP status being recognized every step of the way. Heidi Burke Travel clients' bookings are prioritized by hotels as preferred partners ahead of bookings made with a credit card company
Plus, if you have any issues while traveling, you have a dedicated agent who can make magic happen, instead of being connected with a call center
Why book with an agent when i can go through my credit card company?
Heidi Burke Travel is compensated directly by our partners, meaning you pay the same amount for a hotel reservation if you book direct or with us
At this time, we do not charge additional fees for assistance with planning & booking, but we do ask that you take our partnership seriously and move forward with booking once we are in the
proposals stage
what is the benefit of booking flights through your team?
If you’d like assistance with booking flights through the SmartFlyer Air Team, there is a $100 per person added fee, and you get expert guidance on the best flights to take, as well as 24/7 access to our client support line in case of any changes or cancellations - no more waiting on hold for hours with the airline!
